Do you want to prevent Type 2 Diabetes? Community Healthcare Network offers the National Diabetes Prevention Program, led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This small group meets weekly on Zoom (using your computer or smartphone). In this group, we talk about healthy eating and exercise, share recipes, and provide small gifts to support diabetes prevention goals as well. People with a history of pre-diabetes or gestational diabetes (diabetes you have during pregnancy) can participate. Click here to learn more about the program and how to sign up.
