Eye Care
Community Healthcare Network’s (CHN) Mobile Eye Van, in partnership with the State University of New York’s (SUNY) College of Optometry, will expand access to eye care in low income and underserved communities. The Eyecare Mobile will travel to all CHN health centers to provide patients with access to eye services.
Our services include:
- Eye care for adults and children 5 years old and up
- Early detection of health problems
- Referral for advanced eye care
- Diabetic eye care
- Diagnosis and treatment of eye health problems like:
- Red eyes
- Glaucoma (when there is too much pressure in the eye)
- Dry eye
- Pink eye
- Allergy-related issues
