Forrest Armstrong, LCSW

Behavioral Health Therapist

Forrest Armstrong is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He treats patients at our Lower East Side and Brooklyn Health Centers. Forrest Armstrong completed his graduate degree in Psychology at the City College of New York and his Master of Social work at CUNY Hunter College.

Forrest has done specialized training and research on sleep problems and their treatments and published a book chapter about treating insomnia (Pandi-Perumal, 2016) and a scientific article about the impact of sleep loss on decision-making (Engle-Friedman et al. 2016). Forrest has lived experience and a special interest in working with the LGBTQIA community.

Osarhieme Aghayere, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She treats patients at our East New York Health Hub Health Center in Brooklyn, New York. Osarhieme Aghayere completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. She then completed her BSN degree and MSN graduate degree at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

Osarhieme Aghayere is passionate about community health, health promotion, patient education and providing empathetic and holistic quality patient care. She has several years of oncology experience. Osarhieme Aghayere has worked on various research projects and has been published in the Journal of Radiation Oncology. Dr. Alexander Nmoma Jr., DPM is a board-certified podiatrist and foot and ankle specialist treating patients at our health centers in the Lower East Side, East New York (Health Hub), Tremont, and South Bronx Health Centers. Dr. Nmoma has expert training in many areas, including: treating common foot and ankle disorders, sports medicine diabetic foot care, fractures and sprains, and much more.

Dr. Nmoma Graduated from Western Carolina University with a B.S. degree in Clinical Laboratory Science. He received his medical degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine/ Kent State University. He then started his extensive residency journey at the Maryland Healthcare system which was inclusive of Baltimore, VA hospital, University Maryland, DC VA hospital. He then completed his Surgical Residency Training at the St. Barnabas Hospital level one trauma center in Bronx, NY. Dr. Nmoma believes in taking care of his patients one Foot at a time and getting them back to a better standard of Health.
