Michelle Diaz-Gautreau, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works as a Depression Care Program Manager in the Queens/Brooklyn Region. She treats patients at CHN – Queens Health Center. She speaks English and Spanish.
Michelle obtained an undergraduate degree in psychology at New York University and her masters in social work at Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. Michelle has an interest in providing comprehensive and collaborative services to patients in the community and has worked particularly with the Latino community in a variety of settings for over 14 years.
