Jean Michel Caryne is a board-certified Midwife. She treats patients at our CHN Jamaica Health Center. Jean Michel completed her master’s degree at Suny Downstate Medical Center.
Ashley Saintiague is a board-certified Behavioral Health Therapist. They treat patients at our Crown Heights Health Center in Brooklyn, New York. Ashley Saintiague completed his/her medical degree at the Silberman School of Social Work.
Gildelgar Centeno is a Behavioral Health Therapist. She treats patients at our Long Island City Health Center in Queens. Gildelgar Centeno completed her graduate degree at Fordham University.
Emily is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She treats patients at our South Bronx Health Center. Emily completed her Masters of Science and Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Columbia University, she previously completed her Masters of Public Health at the University of New England, focusing on public health policy and adolescent health. She completed her nurse practitioner fellowship at Community Healthcare Network.
Julia Stevens is a licensed Behavioral Health Supervisor. She treats patients at our Health Centers in Queens. Julia Stevens completed her graduate degree at Hunter College, Silberman School of Social Work.
Miriam is a board-certified Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist. She treats patients at our Bronx Health Center in the South Bronx. Miriam completed her graduate degree at CUNY Hunter College. She completed her dietetic internship at New York Enrichment Group, Children’s Aid Society, Montefiore Bronx Health Collective, and The Riverside Rehab via Hunter College.
Miriam completed her master’s thesis by writing a grant proposal that outlined a peer counselor-led program to improve nutrition & disease outcomes in people living with HIV/AIDS.
Avital Suissa, a New Jersey native, holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland and earned MSEd, MPhilEd in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. Transitioning to nursing, she pursued MSN, FNP, and is completing her DNP-FNP at Columbia University. Formerly a mental health counselor, Avital is driven by a passion for integrating mental and physical health, particularly in women’s health.
Bella, a native New Yorker with Brazilian roots, is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in public health, pediatric, and emergency nursing. Committed to ensuring healthcare access for all, she provides comprehensive care to her patients. In her free time, Bella enjoys reading, baking, and outdoor activities with family and her dog, blending a passion for healthcare with a rich and balanced personal life.
