Beth Zucker is an adult nurse practitioner. She treats patients 18 + at our Williamsburg Health Center in Brooklyn. Beth completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Hunter Bellevue School of Nursing and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at New York University. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sarah Lawrence College.
Dr. Keisha Barry is a board-certified family medicine physician and Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She treats patients at our Health Center in Crown Heights. Dr. Barry completed her medical degree and master’s in public health at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Northwell Health’s Glen Cove Hospital.
Dr. Barry is compassionate and dedicated to providing the best care for her patients. Her interests include health equity/health disparity research, quality improvement, obesity medicine, women’s health, lactation, and community health.
Forrest Armstrong is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He treats patients at our Lower East Side and Brooklyn Health Centers. Forrest Armstrong completed his graduate degree in Psychology at the City College of New York and his Master of Social work at CUNY Hunter College.
Forrest has done specialized training and research on sleep problems and their treatments and published a book chapter about treating insomnia (Pandi-Perumal, 2016) and a scientific article about the impact of sleep loss on decision-making (Engle-Friedman et al. 2016). Forrest has lived experience and a special interest in working with the LGBTQIA community.
Jennifer Pierre, LMSW is a board-certified Behavioral Health Therapist. She treats patients at our Tremont_Health Center in the Bronx.Jennifer Pierre, LMSW completed her medical degree/graduate degree at Hunter College.
Elena Gomez is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She treats patients at our Health Center in Jamaica. Elena earned her graduate degree at the MGH Institute of Health Professions. She completed the CHN Family Nurse Practitioner fellowship in 2022.
Jean Michel Caryne is a board-certified Midwife. She treats patients at our CHN Jamaica Health Center. Jean Michel completed her master’s degree at Suny Downstate Medical Center.
