Refugee Health Program

CHN works with resettlement agencies and community organizations to offer primary healthcare to refugees and asylees. Our goal is to give every new American the care they need. We offer a full range of health services, including screenings and behavioral health care for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, and anxiety.

Through the Refugee Health Program, you can get:

  • Vaccines (shots)
  • Full Medical Check-up
  • Lab Tests

Screenings for:

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome
  • Depression and anxiety

Connect you to care and referrals for:

Health Centers Offering Refugee Health Program Services

All Community Healthcare Network health centers and offices will be open on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Our mobile health clinics will not be operational due to weather conditions.

  • 10 minutes for telehealth visits
  • 15 minutes for in‑person visits
