Avital Suissa, a New Jersey native, holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland and earned MSEd, MPhilEd in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. Transitioning to nursing, she pursued MSN, FNP, and is completing her DNP-FNP at Columbia University. Formerly a mental health counselor, Avital is driven by a passion for integrating mental and physical health, particularly in women’s health.
Bella, a native New Yorker with Brazilian roots, is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in public health, pediatric, and emergency nursing. Committed to ensuring healthcare access for all, she provides comprehensive care to her patients. In her free time, Bella enjoys reading, baking, and outdoor activities with family and her dog, blending a passion for healthcare with a rich and balanced personal life.
Edwin is a recent graduate of Wagner College’s Family Nurse Practitioner program. His Nursing experience includes working in an inpatient neurology and epilepsy unit. He is fluent in Spanish and was born and raised in New York City. In his spare time, he enjoys trying new foods, traveling, and staying physically active.

Libby Brubaker is a board-certified Family Medicine Specialist. She treats patients at our Health Center in Harlem. Dr. Brubaker completed her medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. She completed her residency at the Institute for Family Health and Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Libby Brubaker specializes in sexual and reproductive health care and gender-affirming hormone therapy.
Dr. Christolin is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician. She treats patients at our Crown Heights Health Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Christolin completed her medical degree/graduate degree at SUNY Downstate. She completed her residency at SUNY Downstate.
Dr. Alexander Nmoma Jr., DPM is a board-certified podiatrist and foot and ankle specialist treating patients at our health centers in the Lower East Side, East New York (Health Hub), Tremont, and South Bronx Health Centers. Dr. Nmoma has expert training in many areas, including: treating common foot and ankle disorders, sports medicine diabetic foot care, fractures and sprains, and much more.
Dr. Nmoma Graduated from Western Carolina University with a B.S. degree in Clinical Laboratory Science. He received his medical degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine/ Kent State University. He then started his extensive residency journey at the Maryland Healthcare system which was inclusive of Baltimore, VA hospital, University Maryland, DC VA hospital. He then completed his Surgical Residency Training at the St. Barnabas Hospital level one trauma center in Bronx, NY. Dr. Nmoma believes in taking care of his patients one Foot at a time and getting them back to a better standard of Health.
