Daniel Napolitano, MD, AAHIVS

Dr. Napolitano graduated from Rutgers Medical School in Newark, New Jersey, in 2007. He completed his residency at the Mount Sinai Downtown Family Medicine Program and worked as faculty in that program for much of his career. He also served as the Mount Sinai Family Medicine Department’s Inpatient Director from 2016 to 2021. Dr. Napolitano sees patients at our Lower East Side location. He has given many talks on Colorectal Cancer Screening and has developed CHN’s quality initiative programs. He has special interests in CQI, cancer screening, diabetes control, ambulatory management of heart failure, transitions of care, and the treatment of people living with HIV.

Daniel Napolitano, MD, AAHIVS can help you with:

  • Yearly exams
  • Pediatrics (care for babies, children, and teens)
  • Treatment of general health problems
  • Pap smears (test for cervical cancer)
  • STI (infections you can get from sex) testing and treatment
  • Birth control, including IUDs and Nexplanon (long-term birth control)
  • Reproductive healthcare
  • Health screenings (tests that look for health problems before you have signs)
  • Care for long-term health problems like diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, and obesity
  • Referrals to other doctors

All Community Healthcare Network health centers and offices will be open on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Our mobile health clinics will not be operational due to weather conditions.
