Dr. Ricketts is a board-certified Optometrist at Community Healthcare Network. She treats patients at our Washington Heights, Crown Heights, South Bronx, DBS, Williamsburg, and Long Island City Health Centers in the Optometry Mobile Unit.

Dr. Charis-Ann Ricketts graduated from the University of the West Indies with a BSc in Optometry. She then earned her Doctoral Optometry degree from New England College of Optometry in Boston where she completed clinical rotations through private practice, community health centers, and Ophthalmology practices. She completed a residency program in Primary Care specializing in Cornea and Contact Lenses at Nova Southeastern University.

Dr. Ricketts believes in a comprehensive and integrated approach to healthcare. Her sound clinical background and desire to provide high-quality care are evident in each patient encounter. She is proud to be part of an establishment dedicated to patient care, education, and creating optometric service platforms for sustainable vision care.

Dr. Keisha Barry is a board-certified family medicine physician and Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She treats patients at our Health Center in Crown Heights. Dr. Barry completed her medical degree and master’s in public health at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Northwell Health’s Glen Cove Hospital.
Dr. Barry is compassionate and dedicated to providing the best care for her patients. Her interests include health equity/health disparity research, quality improvement, obesity medicine, women’s health, lactation, and community health.

Forrest Armstrong is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He treats patients at our Lower East Side and Brooklyn Health Centers. Forrest Armstrong completed his graduate degree in Psychology at the City College of New York and his Master of Social work at CUNY Hunter College.

Forrest has done specialized training and research on sleep problems and their treatments and published a book chapter about treating insomnia (Pandi-Perumal, 2016) and a scientific article about the impact of sleep loss on decision-making (Engle-Friedman et al. 2016). Forrest has lived experience and a special interest in working with the LGBTQIA community.

Jennifer Pierre, LMSW is a board-certified Behavioral Health Therapist. She treats patients at our Tremont Health Center in the Bronx. Jennifer Pierre, LMSW completed her graduate degree at Hunter College.

Elena Gomez is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She treats patients at our Health Center in Jamaica. Elena earned her graduate degree at the MGH Institute of Health Professions. She completed the CHN Family Nurse Practitioner fellowship in 2022.

Yolandri Camilo, LCSW is a bilingual Spanish Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works as a DCM Program Manager. She treats patients at multiple sites throughout The Bronx and Manhattan within Community Healthcare Network. Yolandri completed her master’s degree in Social Work at Lehman College in Spanish Dual Language track. She specializes in depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use while making connections to interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, work/school conflict, etc.

Yolandri has had extensive training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International (PSI) and holds a Perinatal Mental Health Certification. She is passionate about empowering birthing people during pregnancy, postpartum, challenges with fertility, and post-abortion. Yolandri utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, interpersonal therapy, problem solving therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR and resourcing within a patient-centered and trauma-informed lens.

Ashley Saintiague is a board-certified Behavioral Health Therapist. They treat patients at our Crown Heights Health Center in Brooklyn, New York. Ashley Saintiague completed his/her medical degree at the Silberman School of Social Work.

Gildelgar Centeno is a Behavioral Health Therapist. She treats patients at our Long Island City Health Center in Queens. Gildelgar Centeno completed her graduate degree at Fordham University.
