Jessica Marchini, DNP, NP-C

Jessica Marchini, DNP, FNP began her nursing career in Washington, D.C. in the emergency department and later moved to North Carolina to become a Family Nurse Practitioner while working as a nurse in pediatric psychiatry. During her graduate education, Jessica collaborated with the North Carolina local health department STD clinics to implement depression screenings to promote the incorporation of mental health into primary care.

She has a special interest in providing holistic quality care to families.

Ellen Hollander-Sande, FNP

Ellen Hollander-Sande is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She treats patients at our Lower East Side and Seward Park Health Centers in Manhattan. She is fluent in English.

Ellen completed her Master’s degree in Family Practice Primary NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing, and is expected to complete her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in August, 2022.

As a family practice provider, Ellen works with patients and families to improve their health and well-being by finding treatment plans that are manageable and consistent with their priorities, lifestyle, and family culture. In addition to being a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Ellen is a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and greatly enjoys supporting breastfeeding families. Ellen was named Distinguished Master’s Student of the FNP program at NYU, where she is now completing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Past projects have included interventions to increase HPV vaccination rates, the impact of gender-affirming care on mental health of transgender adolescents, and “Identifying Best-Practice for Increasing Breastfeeding Initiation Rates Among Adolescent Mothers,” which was published as a featured paper by Attachment Parenting International. Currently, Ellen teaches pediatrics in the FNP program at NYU, where she is also implementing an educational module on pediatric telehealth.

He completed his residency at SUNY Stony Brook Medical Center.

Dr. Shih has a special interest in healthcare policy, health system performance measurement, healthcare quality improvement, population health, non-profit management, and healthcare philanthropy, all with a particular focus on underserved communities.

Rishikesh P. Dalal, MD, MPH is an adult primary care provider and is board certified in preventive medicine and addiction medicine. He treats patients at CHN Long Island City. Dr. Dalal completed his undergraduate degree at Harvard University, medical degree at Washington University in Saint Louis, and master of public health at Columbia University. He trained in internal medicine at NYU and Bellevue Hospital and completed a residency in preventive medicine at Stony Brook University Hospital.

Most recently she worked as a registered nurse in family medicine, at a large clinic in Seattle that treats the underserved. Throughout her education at Massachusetts General Hospital, she volunteered at a primary care clinic that offered free medical care to uninsured patients. She also spent time in India, volunteering in a local hospital and within the community, and researching waterborne diseases and the country’s goals for improving basic health needs. She has an interest in providing care for people from all different financial, cultural, and social backgrounds, and diminishing the barriers related to access to care.

Her work as a registered nurse includes acute care pediatrics, adult intensive care, and adolescent psychiatric care. Brianna holds a faculty position in a vocational nursing program, where she teaches in the classroom and clinical settings. She is an endorsed instructor for the Department of Children and Family Services, where she instructs residential care facilities on the principles of safe medication administration. Volunteering in Haiti was a pivotal experience in shifting her focus to primary care. Brianna is passionate about patient education and a career in the community health setting.

Olivia Mora completed her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Spanish at the University of Arizona and her Masters of Social Work at Arizona State University. She is currently pursuing a PhD at Smith College.

Olivia Mora has over 10 years of  outpatient trauma focused experience specializing in the mental health needs of marginalized populations including LGBTQ, Latin American immigrants, refugees, and gender based violence survivors. She enjoys running and reading in her free time.

Timothy has fifteen years of work experience prior to his entry into the healthcare profession, where he worked in the health and fitness industry, produced fine art aerial photography, and taught junior high school in the New York City public school system. Timothy is an avid competitive cyclist and accomplished triathlete. He was raised in Manhattan, and currently lives in Brooklyn with his wife and son.

Jenny provided primary medical care to the population in El Naranjito, Dominican Republic, on a volunteer medical mission trip treating episodic problems and managing chronic diseases in January 2014. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Jenny worked as a Registered Nurse in Trauma Emergency Department and Surgery units.

Dr. Nmoma has expert training in many areas, including: treating common foot and ankle disorders, sports medicine diabetic foot care, fractures and sprains, and much more.

Dr. Nmoma Graduated from Western Carolina University with a B.S. degree in Clinical Laboratory Science. He received his medical degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine/ Kent State University. He then started his extensive residency journey at the Maryland Healthcare system (which was inclusive of Baltimore, VA hospital, University Maryland, DC VA hospital). He then completed his Surgical Residency Training at the St. Barnabas Hospital level one trauma center in Bronx, NY.
