Our HIV Treatment Adherence Program

Our Treatment Adherence Program (TAP) complements traditional HIV care by providing intensive treatment adherence education and support for patients on HIV medications (anti-retrovirals). The program seeks to help patients access comprehensive medical care, adhere to treatment and improve self-management skills. Staff counsel and support through regular phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and home visits if needed. Treatment Adherence Program staff closely coordinates care with doctors, nutritionists, and medical staff as part of CHN’s HIV Care Team.
