Becoming a Patient
We are pleased that you are considering becoming a patient. This guide will help to answer many of the questions you may have about scheduling an appointment and visiting our health centers.
Our health centers provide primary care, mental health care and social services for the whole family. We are conveniently located near public transportation in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan.
We are always accepting new patients and never turn anyone away. Patients receive care regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, immigration status, or ability to pay.
