Paying for Your Care
There are a few ways to pay for your care and that will depend on the type of provider you are seeing and the care you receive. No patient will be denied services based on an inability to pay.
We accept many forms of insurance. Please see here for our list of accepted HMOs and here for accepted Dental HMOs. If you don’t have insurance you can meet with our financial representatives who can assist you in enrolling in a wide range of health plans and insurance programs. In some cases you will be billed separately for lab fees and services.
We accept the following for payment:
- Private health insurance and managed care plans (list of accepted HMOs and accepted Dental HMOs ).
- Public health insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, Family Health Plus, Child Health Plus Prenatal Care Assistance Program, AIDS Drug Assistance Program and others)
- Cash or credit cards
- Discounted fee schedule (sliding scale) based on certain eligibility requirements
- Mutually agreed upon payment contract
