Welcome to Community Healthcare Network. I’m glad you’re here.
Our health centers provide medical and mental health care, and social services to women, men and children throughout New York City. Day in and day out, Community Healthcare Network employees work tirelessly to improve the lives of New Yorkers, many of whom are uninsured and medically underserved.
We are committed to providing you with culturally competent care in a language you understand. In addition to our multi-lingual staff we have immediate access to a live-language line providing translation in up to 150 languages.
As part of our commitment to providing high quality health care, we now use electronic health records at all of our centers and are accredited by the Joint Commission. We also have an affiliate agreement with New York-Presbyterian Healthcare System to ensure high quality, continuum of care.
