Subway Outreach Initiative

CHN will be holding an outreach and HIV testing event to honor World AIDS Day this year on November 30th. In partnership with the Brooklyn Knows Campaign, we will be sending outreach teams to the following subway stations in Brooklyn from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.:
Cabs – G train at Broadway and Boerum
CH – 2 or 5 at Winthrop Street
DBS- 3 at New Lots Avenue
CHN’s HIV Prevention Specialists will be on hand to inform people of our clinical services and distribute educational materials regarding HIV.
