36-11 21st Street Long Island City, NY 11106 Long Island City Health Center will be hosting a Healthy Living Forum in collaboration with Global Healthy Living Foundation. The following presentations will take place during the forum:
Healthy Heart
Healthy Eating for Healthy Living
Helping Uninsured People Get Access to Medications
Healthy Attitudes for Healthy Living
Healthy meals will be provided prior to and after the event. Gift bags will also be distributed. Free transportation is available for parties of 10 or more.
