Abate, President & CEO of Community Healthcare Network; Yolanda Jimenez, Commissioner of Domestic Violence;Melissa Cebollero, DiVA Program, Bronx Borough President Representative; Maya Scherer, Violence Intervention Program, Coordinator of Outreach and Development; Joanne Otero, Chief Staff of Councilwoman Carmen Arroyo; Marcos Crespo, Assemblyman; Testimony by Nancy Genova, Program Director of CAPC.
